Kledang Challenge

The Cool Runners has participate in the Kledang Challenge 2007. In a team of four the participants has to cross Gunung Kledang from Menglembu to Kg Bekor, Manong in 24 hours. The navigation need to be done by compass as there are no trail available. Our team is the only team which consist of three female/one male and we were proud to be able to finish the race in 10 hours. Thank you very much to Tuan Haji Johar, the President of Persatuan Mendaki Negeri Perak for organising a very interesting event. We will look forward to participate in the same event next year. Meanwhile, me has manage to`seliuh' the leg while trying to overtake the commandos hahaha:) Ad dan Jue! sukalah dengar berita nih:(

Some of you may asked what happen to our Ujie and Jue!. Well, I really has to apologises to Ujie as `again' I have mistakenly register her in the woman 7km category instead of the usual 10km. Meanwhile, our favorite runner Jue! has sustained an injury to her right leg at km6 (merasa dia naik bas). I guess it's happen while she's trying to overtake Maz and Annie (tulah Annie, bagi je la dia potong). Ad is really3 happy after beating me this time round and Ewan has manage to overtake Jnul for the first time (nampaknya trening rahsia telah membuahkan hasil:) It's afun outing, hope to see you guys in Larian Bomba.

Orange Run

Wa wa we wah,

Cool Runners is in the Orange Run today. Absent are our top runners Jnul, Ujie, Ewan and Erra Coklat (demam kura-kura) and me (demam pura-pura). The 9km run is quite tough as there are quite a number of hill that the participant needs to endure. I did not list the time taken taken today (sori arr..ad). Anyway for the first time Krul is number one, follows by As and the rest. Congratulation guys, hope to see you all in the Power Run next weekend.

Hello Cool Runners,

The event saw much of our runners have made tremendous improvement in their time. Jnul is the fastest at 54mins followed by Ewan 56mins, As 58mins, Megat 60mins, Djohan 63mins, Shahidan 73mins and Aniza 73mins. Meanwhile, our only warga emas runner Puan Khairul Bariah has been disqualified (sebab naik bas) but still gets a medal for her effort. Until then see u guys at the Orange Run. AhKam pulak lambat bangun lagiiiiii.
