Some of you may asked what happen to our Ujie and Jue!. Well, I really has to apologises to Ujie as `again' I have mistakenly register her in the woman 7km category instead of the usual 10km. Meanwhile, our favorite runner Jue! has sustained an injury to her right leg at km6 (merasa dia naik bas). I guess it's happen while she's trying to overtake Maz and Annie (tulah Annie, bagi je la dia potong). Ad is really3 happy after beating me this time round and Ewan has manage to overtake Jnul for the first time (nampaknya trening rahsia telah membuahkan hasil:) It's afun outing, hope to see you guys in Larian Bomba.

emm, dis is my first run of the year. well.. last time i join such run was 2 years back. but i finish this race e\tough i come in last. hehehe. i didn't heve my training neither i jog. only that i went window shopping. does it count? but overall it was a good start for me to have a healthy life! see you all runners at 'malay mail walk'..
Bagusla kalau berminat...untuk mengalahkan Maz dan Annie kita perlukan latihan yang mencukupi. Tengok apa dah jadi pada Jue! hahahaha.
Sekarang badan aku sakit2.. tak macam Larian Polis hari tu.... semua terbang..kali ni aku dah puas carik formula nak buat bawah 1 jam on that route tapi masih gagal...Sorry Jnul.. akhirnya aku dapat mengalahkan kau.. Jumpa lagi kat Larian Bomba..
Hati aku sebak semalam bila tengok Jue bebalut kat lutut..Risau jugak aku dibuatnya..heheheh ..Jnul and Krul masa ni lah kita tnjukkan kehebatan kita.. ..So Jue Take Care OK..

i wont be with you guys for some time.. just consulted a sport doctor this afternoon. the injury occured is not due to lack of training..neither not my futsal.
my knee just cant bare running on a hard surface.. as the doctor has mentioned, it is not adviseable.
ewan, thanks a lot for your concern. i even feel upset for what happened, pity to my own self.. but pls noted it could happen to anyone with proper training, rest n all.
